Users of our products, SimpPro and SimpLite-Yahoo!, are currently experiencing problems on the Yahoo! Messenger network. They are disconnected from the service when trying to send instant messages.

Unfortunately, there is currently no workaround other than disabling SimpPro or SimpLite. Conversations will be unencrypted.

SimpPro users can only disable the Yahoo! Messenger encryption code. To do that, open SimpPro and click File > Configure... > IM clients. Uncheck Yahoo! Messenger 7.5/8.x and restart SimpPro, then Yahoo! Messenger.
